Chip Abernathy
As Chief Marketing and Operations Officer of Touchpoints, he is responsible for a diverse range of disciplines that include advertising, marketing, public relations, product development, customer relationships, sales support, strategic messaging, corporate identity, and promotions. His background spans multiple industries — including employee communication, environmental services, printing, and technology. Chip helped to launch WayPoint Communication in 2005 and was instrumental in the establishment of Touchpoints. He earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University.

Jacque Abernathy
Jacque brings broad-based, relevant communication experience to Touchpoints. For more than 25 years, she has worked with clients worldwide to develop strategies that deliver demonstrable value by driving employee and organizational change. Her capabilities include HR communication, Web-based communication, video, print, and management consulting and support. Jacque is also a recognized expert in translating the complexities of benefit programs into conversational, easy-to-understand language designed to engage employees and promote better benefits usage. In 2005, she launched WayPoint, which provides HR-related consulting and communications services. Prior to that, she was a senior communication consultant for two global human resource consulting firms and managed a communication practice in Sydney, Australia. Jacque earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from Texas A&M.
