More than 60 percent of polled companies that offer health coverage to Medicare-eligible retirees are reconsidering the way they provide those benefits, according to a recent survey. About 20 percent of respondents to an Aon Hewitt survey said they already use a private exchange to provide retiree benefits, but that number likely will grow, as two-thirds said they are considering that approach for the future.
